TRADE NAME

Hot mustard

And a little bit of spice

Why does it burn so beautifully?
The seed variety determines the mustard's pungency. Our hot mustard tingles so spicy on the tongue because it contains the highest concentration of allyl mustard oils. These essential oils influence the pungency.
