What does Develey offer in its online shop?
Our range includes sauces, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, dressings and many other high-quality food products.
Where can I find information about ingredients and allergens?
You can find all relevant information on the product page in the online shop or on the product packaging.
What is the best way to store your products?
Closed products: Closed products should preferably be stored in a cool, dry place, such as a pantry shelf. Direct sunlight and high temperatures should be avoided to preserve the quality and shelf life of the product.
Opened products: Once opened, products should be refrigerated to maintain their freshness and flavor. Be sure to close the lid tightly after each use to minimize exposure to air, which can promote bacterial growth and compromise the quality of the sauce.
Order
How do I place an order?
Select your products, add them to your shopping cart, and complete your purchase. Unfortunately, ordering by phone or email is not possible for technical reasons.
Do I have to register as a customer to place an order?
No, you can place your order with us without creating a customer account. You can simply order as a guest. When you order as a guest, you only need to provide the necessary information to process your order, such as your delivery address and payment details.
Is there a minimum order value?
We don't have a minimum order value. You can also order just one jar of mustard. Tip: We'll give you free shipping on orders within Germany over €50.00.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can shop with us securely and encrypted by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Gpay, Sofortüberweisung, or direct debit. We take the security of your data very seriously. All payments are processed via secure channels.
How much are the shipping costs?
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: France, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Spain.
Shipping costs (including VAT):

We calculate shipping costs based on the order value:
Order value up to 49.99€: 3.95€
Order value over 50€: Free shipping
Deliveries abroad (Netherlands, Austria, France, Italy, Spain):
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value:
Order value up to 79.99€: 7.95€
Order value over 80€: Free shipping
Will I receive an order confirmation and invoice from you?
After you complete your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email. This confirmation contains all the details of your order and a summary of the items ordered.
The invoice will be sent separately after the goods have been shipped. You will also receive this via email. We recommend checking your email inbox regularly, including your spam folder.
What should I do if I have not received an order confirmation?
Could it be that your email address was incorrect or there were connection issues during the ordering process? The order confirmation may have ended up in your spam folder. Check there!
Please note that it may take some time for you to receive confirmation.
Can I track my order?
Yes, after shipping you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track the status of your delivery online.
Can I shop at Saucenshop as a private individual?
Yes, whether you are shopping for yourself or for your company, you are very welcome to come to us.
I want to order large quantities of products for my restaurant/business. How can I do this?

Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 3-5 business days within Germany, and within 5-7 business days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Which shipping service provider will ship my order?
Shipping is carried out by the shipping service provider DHL.
Can I choose the delivery time for my order?
We currently do not offer the option to select a delivery time directly when placing your order. Once your order has been placed, we strive to process and ship it as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing all the necessary tracking information so you can check the status of your delivery.
Are orders also shipped to countries other than Germany?
Yes, we are pleased to offer our customers delivery to several European countries, including Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Austria, and the Netherlands. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.
Can I have my order sent to a Packstation?
Of course, deliveries to Packstations are possible. Simply provide the relevant details when placing your order and ensure your package is correctly labeled according to DHL's specifications.
What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
If you are not at home, you can manage your shipment online, for example, reschedule a delivery, have the package left with a neighbor, etc. Use the tracking link in our email to track your shipment. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder.
I haven't received my package yet, what should I do?
If you haven't received your package yet, we recommend checking your tracking information first if you received a tracking number from DHL. You can track your shipment on the DHL website to see the current status of your package.
If you haven't received a tracking number or need further assistance, please email us at support@culifoods.de with your order number and order details. Our customer service team will promptly address your issue and help you find a solution.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I cancel my order?
Please note that our systems are highly automated. We want to ensure the fastest possible shipping of your order. Therefore, we can only intervene in the ordering and shipping process at a limited point, and canceling your order is generally not possible. You are, of course, free to cancel your order. How can I return items?
You usually have 14 days to initiate a return.
Will I receive a return label to return items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer return labels and, according to our cancellation policy, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
Will I get my money back for returned items?
Yes, once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund you the full purchase price.
I received the wrong product, or my order was broken, or the wrong quantity was delivered. What can I do?
